decent stay but breakfast needs improvement

The reception staff offered a warm welcome that set a positive tone for my stay. Housekeeping was attentive. They checked on me well after usual hours. The room I stayed in was well-designed and clean, giving me a comfortable atmosphere. I also enjoyed the vibrant neighborhood filled with great dining options.

The breakfast selection could definitely use more variety.

Location: the hotel was very close to Sendlinger Tor and Victualiensmarkt and Marienplatz. The room was appropriate and amazingly comfortable, with comfortable bed and a shower and hair dryers in the bathroom...

The bed was comfortable, the room was well-appointed and exceptionally clean. Btw it included central heating, TV set, and a refrigerator. The hotel was in the central setting in the area myself. I truly enjoyed superb service and would return there.

Had a blast with my friends! The place was super clean, and the breakfast was nice. We visited the famous art museum and strolled through a beautiful park nearby. Great location, close to everything you need. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Artistic ambiance, sparkling clean bathrooms, modern design

Inconsistent check-in process needs improvement!!! Noise from nearby bars can disrupt sleep for light sleepers!!! Lack of air conditioning leads to discomfort in summer months!!! Room access system may require a rethink!!!

amazing area near plenty of parks and local eateries

I loved exploring the amazing cafés and hidden gems just a few steps from the hotel, and having the beautiful English Garden almost 2 km away provided a perfect escape for strolls in the park, making my stay even more refreshing.

The room had a large smart TV, nice to unwind with after a long day. Be prepared for street noise if your room faces the bar next door.

Great walking distance to Marienplatz. It took us about 10 minutes to get there. Local shops and restaurants just around the corner fit perfectly into our daily plans.

Room lacked air conditioning, made things uncomfortable during summer. The noise from the bar downstairs was disruptive all night. The breakfast selection fell short, with limited options like just hard-boiled eggs and plain croissants, leaving little room for variety or heartier fare. Some maintenance issues surfaced-like water leaking from the shower and a slightly firm mattress that could use an upgrade.
